Founder
For Kevin Gemayel, building façades is about more than just structures—it’s about shaping environments that inspire, protect, and endure. A second-generation leader in façade consulting, Gemayel has spent years refining the craft, leading complex projects, and implementing innovative project management and quality control processes that have set new standards in the industry.
His experience was deeply shaped by the 2020 Beirut explosion, a tragedy that devastated the city and left thousands homeless. In the aftermath, Gemayel and his team worked to restore historic landmarks, cultural sites, and homes, ensuring that Beirut’s architectural legacy—and the lives within it—could be rebuilt.
Since joining the façades business in 2014, Gemayel has been instrumental in transforming it into a structured, process-driven consultancy, enhancing efficiency, reputation, and the ability to take on larger and more complex projects. His dedication to excellence and innovation has now led him to launch Space Work, a façade consulting company committed to delivering precision, quality, and expertise.
Beyond his professional achievements, Gemayel’s six years of volunteering with the Red Cross have shaped his leadership approach, emphasizing empathy and collaboration—principles that now define Space Work's mission.
